The memorial service will start at 3.20pm on Friday 1st September at Mortlake Crematorium. The service is invite only for family and close friends. Followed by the wake at 5.30pm at The Duke of Kent in Ealing, which is open to all. This is an informal ceremony with colour and trainers allowed.
